PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WHTM) — A Pennsylvania fried chicken franchise just announced plans to target several Midstate locations as part of their expansion efforts.

According to Philadelphia-born Love & Honey Fried Chicken, they are now targeting other parts of Pennsylvania for future franchise expansion.
