EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WJAR) — Bill Eldred, 80, of North Kingstown was killed on Frenchtown Road in East Greenwich Thursday after being struck by a pick-up truck while riding a motorcycle.
A friend of the victim told NBC 10 he’d reported the dangerous construction zone where the crash happened to local crews before.
