Religious and civil rights leaders joined attorneys for the family of Kadir Skinner in Wilmington, Delaware, to discuss the death of the 19-year-old who was shot and killed by police.
In Skinner’s honor, leaders announced that a rally for justice will be held in Wilmington, Delaware on Aug. 24, 2026, the two-month anniversary of Skinner’s death. It will begin at 7 p.m., and its location has yet to be announced.
