Townhomes, apartments proposed for 7-acre corner at 159th Street and Metcalf

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) – Overland Park is poised to swap more storefronts for roofs over people’s heads at one of its busiest corners.

A developer is planning roughly 140 apartments and townhomes on about 7 acres at the northeast corner of 159th Street and Metcalf Avenue, near the Bluhawk shopping area.
