SHREVEPORT, La. – Southbound Interstate 49 in Shreveport was closed Tuesday evening after extreme heat caused the concrete roadway to buckle.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office are responding to the emergency.
