FAIRFAX, Va. (WKRC) — A Virginia man has been indicted on an aggravated murder charge after prosecutors said he admitted repeatedly striking his 3-month-old daughter before she died.
Misael Lopez Gomez, 28, was indicted by a Fairfax County grand jury on charges of aggravated murder and felony child abuse, according to the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office via PEOPLE.
