Tumultuous. That’s one word you could use to describe the weather in Southwest Florida from late spring, into the summer and even as late as the fall.
Anything can happen. From severe thunderstorms with hail to torrential downpours and flooding to hurricanes and even tornadoes.
So far in 2026, it has been a relatively quiet year for tornadoes in Southwest Florida…
