The Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival kicks off at St. Pete Pier on Sunday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no admission fee. This marks year five for the celebration, though organizers pushed it back from its original July 19 slot due to weather concerns.
