Kinderhook Industries, New York, has acquired Pete & Pete Container Service and Boyas Recycling & Excavating, a construction and demolition (C&D) waste collection, recycling and disposal platform based in Valley View, Ohio.
Pete & Peter Container Service provides dumpster rental and recycling services. The company’s Boyas Recycling entity operates a 200-acre C&D landfill along with a material recovery facility on its 300-acre campus, which Kinderhook says gives the combined company control of the full value chain, including collection at the jobsite, recovery and recycling of marketable materials and final disposal.
