DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Steelton man was charged Tuesday in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins and credit card thefts in Middle Paxton Township.
Robert Norris Jr., 34, was charged with four counts of identity theft, three counts of theft of a motor vehicle and three counts of criminal mischief, according to Middle Paxton Township police.
