The Mountain City Baptist Church youth group and Pastor Tyler Fenner were returning from the Bill Rice Ranch in Murfreesboro on July 11 when, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a Chevrolet Lumina going westbound went off Interstate 40 near Cookeville. The Lumina went into the median and then into eastbound traffic, colliding with a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Fenner and carrying five others. The wreck took place around 7 a.m…
