FALL RIVER, Mass. (WJAR) — A former employee of Crystal Springs is facing criminal charges after cellphone video allegedly captured her assaulting an adult with developmental disabilities at Kennedy Park in Fall River.
Fall River police said the former employee has been charged with assault and battery on a disabled person following an investigation by the department’s Patrol Bureau. The case has also been referred to the Massachusetts Disabled Persons Protection Commission for further investigation.
