University of Rhode Island Public Safety is riding in style after the addition of a new motorcycle unit. URI police announced on Facebook that they purchased two 2026 Harley-Davidson Police Road Glide motorcycles.
Primarily, the new unit will be utilized for traffic enforcement, escorts, and proactive patrols throughout campus.
