SILVER SPRING, Md. (DC News Now) — Montgomery County Police are pleading for the public’s help in tracking down a driver accused in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Silver Spring last month.
61-year-old Hanna Wegayehou was hit by a car while walking near her neighborhood along Colesville Road near Crestmoor Drive back on June 19.
Her family joined police for a press conference on Tuesday to bring more light to the case, describing her as a “walking angel.”…
