ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A woman says she has spent more than a week trying to get a leaking bathroom ceiling and a hole repaired at her sister’s apartment at Etzel Place Apartments, located along Etzel Avenue and Plymouth Avenue in St. Louis’s West End neighborhood.
Clara Holmes said her sister, Ruth Holmes, lives in the unit with her 14-year-old son. The family moved in three months ago, and the leak is just the latest issue they face.
“Man, this is crazy. It’s still leaking on the floor. My sister’s got cancer, she could come in here and fall,” Clara said in a video recorded July 14…
