Man to be sentenced for killing Little League umpire

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A judge is set to sentence the man who pleaded guilty to a charge for a crash that killed Little League umpire Terry Dolan.

Dustin Zumwalt pleaded guilty in Monday to homicide by vehicle, instead of going to trial. Prosecutors said Zumwalt ran a red light in August 2024 at Menaul and Eubank and crashed into Dolan’s car.
