CLAY, N.Y. — The New York State Police said a dump truck without a valid inspection crashed in the Town of Clay on Wednesday afternoon.
The state police responded to the crash around 12:35 p.m. on State Route 481.
The police said a preliminary investigation revealed that a 2018 Mack Truck, driven by Paul M. Vasquez, 41, of Syracuse, was traveling south on State Route 481 when the truck’s front driver-side tire experienced a “catastrophic failure.”…
