OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics recently seized 3.5 pounds of raw fentanyl during an investigation into drug trafficking in the state.
According to OBN, the bureau is investigating a drug trafficking organization moving large shipments of fentanyl into the Oklahoma City metro.
The 3.5 pounds of raw fentanyl is estimated to be enough to make 35,000 pills. Officials say the pills can closely resemble pharmaceutical drugs.
One person was taken into custody, and more arrests are expected as the investigation continues…
