HONOLULU (KHON2) — Motorists across Oahu, Kauai and Hawaii Island should plan for delays as several roadway improvement and utility projects are scheduled to begin over the coming days.
The projects include overnight highway closures on Oahu, utility work on the H-2 Freeway, roadway rehabilitation on Hawaii Island and emergency work on Kauai.

Honolulu-bound Likelike Highway closure
The Hawaii Department of Transportation said Honolulu-bound lanes of the Likelike Highway will be closed at the Kamehameha IV Road intersection beginning at 8 p.m. Friday, July 24, through 12 a.m. Sunday, July 26.
