WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said officers are searching for two suspects after they were accused of robbing people at gunpoint inside a parking garage in Dupont Circle.
The investigation began just before 5:30 a.m. on July 18, when officers on patrol were approached in the 110 block of 18th Street by two victims.

The pair told police they were walking to their car that was parked in the garage on 18th Street. Police records detailed that as the pair approached their car, two people armed with guns jumped from behind a nearby vehicle and demanded their belongings.
