ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — DeKalb County police are asking for help finding a missing man with dementia.
Steve Chang, 77, was last seen July 22 leaving Emory Decatur Hospital and possibly getting on MARTA.
Police said he suffers from dementia.
He was last seen wearing an orange shirt and khaki pants…
