DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – After initial pushback, the city of Dayton is moving forward with a new proposal for custodial services at Dayton International Airport.
The city agreed to a $163,000 contract with Environmental Service Systems to hire supplemental staff to current unionized employees.
