Five years ago, two retiring engineers, Tammy and Bryan Gromacki, decided to double down on their love for Canadohta Lake. After owning a cottage there for 30 years, they bought five dilapidated cabins and a central building, which they have turned into a cafe with 180-degree views of the water.
