Police in Margate said an arrest has been made after a man was hit and killed by a truck that then fled the scene early Thursday morning.
According to Margate police, Gregory Bowman, 59, was attempting to cross West Atlantic Boulevard when he was hit by a blue 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck just before 3 a.m.
