BEEBE, Ark. (KATV) — A Beebe man has been sentenced to 27 years in federal prison for his role in a fentanyl distribution conspiracy that prosecutors say led to a fatal overdose in Little Rock.
Trent Porter, 38, was sentenced Wednesday to 324 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl resulting in death, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas. There is no parole in the federal prison system.
