The Eco-Thrift store shared the closure announcement on social media and confirmed its permanent shutdown by the end of September 2026. The retail store has decided not to renew its lease, as the property is planned for Housing Catalyst development.

The store sells furniture, kitchenware, clothing, toys, art supplies, antiques, and vintage items. Additionally, the store features a tool store, Eco Tool Library. It offers a huge selection of gardening, kitchen, electronics, and household tools and power tools on rent at an affordable price.
