ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man was arrested after he allegedly filmed a woman over the top of a bathroom stall at an Atlanta Kroger on Wednesday, according to court documents.
Kanders Dukes faces charges of unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance and use or installation of a device to film underneath or through an individual’s clothing, his arrest warrant shows.
Police were called to the Kroger on Glenwood Avenue, where they met with a security guard. The guard claimed Dukes entered the women’s bathroom and held his cell phone over the top of an occupied stall…
