ATLANTA, Ga. – The suspect in the 2024 metro Atlanta high school mass shooting that left four people dead and nine others injured will appear in a northeast Georgia courtroom on Friday to enter a non-negotiated plea.
That will prevent a trial that had been set to be held in Columbia County. The defense had been granted a change of venue in order to find a jury pool that had not been exposed to as much publicity of the case.
Colt Gray is accused of carrying out the deadly Apalachee High School shooting in Barrow County, Georgia, on Sept. 4, 2024.
