FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Andrew Downs, chief of staff for the Fort Wayne mayor’s office, sent a memo to city council on Thursday detailing the evaluation of proposed sites for a homeless resource center.
On June 9, city council members moved to delay a vote on funding for The Anchor Resource Center at 333 E. Washington Boulevard until the city took additional steps, including one to research other potential locations.
