Jerry Jones is cashing out of one of the crown jewels at The Star in Frisco, handing an 11-story office tower to a Boston-area investor that clearly likes what it sees in North Texas.
The roughly 300,000-square-foot building anchors the Dallas Cowboys’ mixed-use campus and is nearly fully leased at a time when a lot of office towers across the country are struggling to fill space.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the building, known as 17 Cowboys Way, was sold by Jones’ Blue Star Land Phase IV LLC to Hobbs Brook Real Estate.
