ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – An 18-year-old was charged Thursday in the quadruple shooting that left two dead in North County earlier this month.
St. Louis County Prosecutors charged Makell Hemphill, 18, with two counts of second-degree murder – felony murder – and two counts of armed criminal action. He is being held on a $1 million cash-only, no 10% bond.
