SHREVEPORT, La. — A Shreveport man was found guilty late Wednesday of ambushing a man at a convenience store in 2024 and shooting him 22 times.
The four-man, eight-woman jury in District Judge Donald Hathaway Jr.’s court took an hour to deliver its unanimous guilty-as-charged verdict against Deonza McClinton, 32, in the second-degree murder of Billy Ray Doyle on June 4, 2024.
