JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) – A new sound could soon become a critical warning for Colorado residents during an emergency.
Jefferson and Clear Creek counties are now using a new Hi-Lo evacuation alert, a distinct high-low tone that will be played from patrol vehicles when an evacuation order is issued.
