KIRKLAND, Wash. — A months-long investigation into organized retail theft across the Puget Sound region led Kirkland police to a suspect they believe stole an estimated $500,000 in fragrance products and other merchandise from stores in multiple jurisdictions, including businesses in Kirkland.
Detectives with the Kirkland Police Department’s ProAct Unit arrested the man following an investigation conducted in partnership with regional loss prevention professionals and law enforcement agencies throughout the region.
