GUILDERLAND — A Sloansville man was being arrested for driving while ability impaired, the combined influence of drugs and alcohol, when, police say, they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his car.
Salvy J. Prisco, 42, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia as well as with DWAI and with the Vehicle and Traffic Law violation that caused the stop.
