CLEVELAND, OH (WOWO) — Sixteen people, including a Toledo man, have been charged in a federal investigation into an alleged drug trafficking organization prosecutors say distributed cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and oxycodone throughout Richland County and surrounding communities.
The charges stem from a three-year investigation involving federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio.
