Three men suspected of breaking into cars at San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf last week were arrested after police tracked their vehicle to Hayward, authorities said Thursday.
Police were alerted to the thefts on July 15, when someone reported their rental car was burglarized while parked near Fisherman’s Wharf.
