MONROE COUNTY, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Transportation says portions of I-390 northbound will be reduced to one lane, starting on Thursday, July 23.
I-390 northbound will be reduced to one lane between Exit 16 (East Henrietta Road exit) and Exit 19 (Chili Avenue exit), affecting areas such as Brighton, Gates, Chili, and Rochester, for paving projects.
