PEARL – Mississippi Christian University golfer Sydney Moss has added the 2026 Mississippi Women’s Amateur championship at Patrick Farms Golf Club to her growing list of accomplishments.
Moss, a Shreveport native and daughter of former LSU All American and PGA Tour player Perry Moss, had previously won two Louisiana junior championships and one Louisiana State Women’s Amateur title.
Jackson State golfer Maddy Beeching, who lives in Ridgeland but is a native of Camberly, England, shot a final round 71 to tie Moss for first place the 54-hole tournament. Moss won the playoff with a par on the fourth extra hole to claim the title. Harper Hinkley of Summitt and Mississippi State also shot a final round 71 and finished third, two strokes back…
