LAWRENCE, Kan. — A 20-year-old from Lenexa has been charged with four misdemeanor counts of conspiring with minors to obtain alcohol on the night of a deadly shooting at a popular Lawrence bar.
An investigation determined Hunter J. Noravong sold wristbands to underage patrons who were inside The Hawk when a shooting killed 18-year-old Aidan Knowles and critically injured his 16-year-old friend, Brady Clark, according to court records filed in Douglas County District Court.
