A plant-based burger chain has plans for the college town.
Unburger is expanding in Southeast Michigan with a new location under construction at 635 E Main Street in Ann Arbor. This will be their second location in the state, the first being in Dearborn, and their first franchised restaurant. More Unburgers are planned for Metro Detroit in the future, and the listed opening date for Ann Arbor right now is Aug. 27.
“We hear from people all the time asking when Unburger is coming to their city,” said Chief Technology Officer Moe Abdallah in an article on their website. “Ann Arbor is the first step, but the bigger vision is to build a plant-based brand that can grow well beyond Metro Detroit while still keeping the personality, quality, and energy that made people love Unburger in the first place.”…
