Judge orders alleged Mo3 shooter tried before Yella Beezy in murder case

DALLAS — A Dallas judge has ruled that the man accused of fatally shooting rapper Melvin Noble will be the first of four defendants to stand trial in the case.

Kewon Dontrell White’s trial is scheduled to begin Aug. 24, despite objections from his attorneys, who argued that fellow defendant Markies Conway, known professionally as Yella Beezy, should be tried first.
