Union Pacific Train Strikes FedEx Van In Hill County, Killing Employee From Dallas

A FedEx employee from Dallas was killed, and another remains in critical condition after a Union Pacific train struck a FedEx delivery vehicle at a private railroad crossing in Hill County on Thursday afternoon.

The Texas Department of Public Safety identified the deceased passenger as 25-year-old Sheldon Gutierrez-Rangel of Dallas, who died after being transported to a hospital. The driver of the FedEx vehicle also suffered critical injuries and remains hospitalized.
