USPS has spoken out after residents in one neighborhood received letters threatening them with mail delivery bans.
They were instructed, by the postal service, to move their mailboxes or risk delivery suspension.
The letters sparked outrage in the Murry Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida, with residents shocked by the demand that would have been costly and, in their eyes, unnecessary.
