MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – For months, Montgomery Police Chief Jim Graboys has been telling anyone who will listen that too many violent offenders are being let out of jail too soon on bond and probation, and it continues to create problems for his department.
At his July monthly press conference, Graboys shed light on one recent case that he believes exemplifies the problem: that of Jarvis Bowers.
