A MAJOR city in the US is trying its hand at a new affordable housing model with the help of a state grant.
The approval comes as more and more cities seek to assist the housing crisis through this alternative option.
A new tiny home village in Sacramento, California, has secured $32 million from the state’s Project Homekey+ funding, according to a Thursday press release from the office of Governor Gavin Newsom.
