AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Phase One of planning for the Hollywood Road and River Road wastewater treatment facilities is complete, and city officials are now moving toward the next stage of the billion-dollar project.
During a recent city council meeting, council members received a presentation and were able to ask questions about the engineering services agreement for the wastewater treatment facilities.
