Yet another real estate project will soon begin on San Antonio’s Far Westside. Development and management company Dominum is planning a $75 million project near JBSA-Lackland, according to a recently submitted Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing.
The Minnesota-based business specializes in developing affordable housing communities and operates more than 220 communities worldwide, according to its website. Its newest endeavor in the Alamo City is slated for 7623 SW Loop 410, not far from the beloved Traders Village.
