It’s the go-to side dish even add its most basic with just add a little salt and butter!
And We Don’t Waste in Denver is saving 42,000 pounds of potatoes from being tossed out by just giving them away for FREE at its Potato Palooza. The spuds giveaway is FREE and open to all.
The potatoes in question are surplus product recovered from the food industry by the local food distribution organization. Help prevent food waste by enjoying these potatoes (however you want!) instead of letting them just be thrown away!
