PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A side mirror left behind at the scene may help Washington County deputies track down a hit-and-run driver accused of severely injuring a cyclist Friday afternoon.
At around 4 p.m. in Beaverton, an unnamed 74-year-old cyclist was riding his bicycle eastbound on NW West Union Road. An SUV traveling westbound made a left turn, struck the cyclist, and did not stop. The driver was last seen going southbound at NW Neakahnie Avenue.
